11. NONG Restaurant Partner Agreement & Onboarding Terms

By registering, submitting onboarding documents, or accepting orders through the NONG Partner Portal or Dashboard, restaurant merchants enter into a binding NONG Restaurant Partner Agreement subject to the following terms and conditions:

• 100% No Onion No Garlic & Culinary Integrity: All participating restaurant partners certify that all food items listed and prepared for NONG contain zero onion, zero garlic, and zero non-vegetarian ingredients. Outlets listing Jain, Satvik, Vrat/Falahari, Prasadam, or Vegan items must maintain strict preparation standards with zero cross-contamination.
• FSSAI & Regulatory Compliance: Outlets must possess a valid FSSAI registration/license and comply with all food safety guidelines issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Outlets operating without an active FSSAI license must apply for one immediately.
• 0% First Month Commission & Payouts: New restaurant partners enjoy 0% platform commission during their first month. Subsequent weekly payouts are disbursed directly into the partner's registered bank account after applicable platform commission and statutory tax deductions.
• Order Preparation & Packaging SLAs: Partners agree to accept incoming digital orders within 180 seconds, prepare food hygienically, and package items in sealed, tamper-proof containers prior to handing them over to NONG delivery partners or customers.
• Kitchen Audits & Zero-Tolerance Termination: NONG maintains zero tolerance for dietary violations. NONG reserves the right to conduct unannounced kitchen quality audits. Any breach of NONG's pure vegetarian standards will result in immediate listing deactivation and termination of the Partner Agreement.

12. Delivery Partner Logistics Guidelines

The following terms apply to delivery partners registered on the NONG Delivery App:

• Delivery Bag Hygiene: Delivery partners must carry orders inside clean, insulated NONG delivery bags. Transporting non-vegetarian or outside non-sattvic food in NONG bags is strictly prohibited.
• Order Pickup & OTP Verification: Partners must verify item counts at pickup and collect the 6-digit Customer Delivery Gate OTP at the customer destination to verify completion.
• GPS Location & Safety: Real-time location tracking is required while on duty to enable live customer tracking and accurate distance pay calculation.
